Dr. Jason Buttleman

Dr. Buttleman was born and raised in Traverse City, MI. He was born at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City on March 11, 1976. He is one of five children to his wonderful parents Bob and Trish Buttleman who also reside in Traverse City. Growing up with three brothers and one sister, made life exciting and busy in the Buttleman household.

After graduating high school in Traverse City, Dr. Buttleman attended Geneva College and played collegiate soccer. He graduated with a B.S.B.M. and moved back to Traverse City. It wasn’t until his employment as a surgical instrument representative with Bristol Myers Squibb, that he realized his interest in the body and health in general.

Following a lot of prayer and consideration, Dr. Buttleman told his wife that he wanted to become a Chiropractor. lowa bound they were. He attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, and graduated in 2006. Dr. Buttleman and his wife had one son during their time in Iowa.

“Becoming a Chiropractor in Traverse City, and living near family and friends has been a dream come true. I feel blessed to be able to do what I do and help as many people as I can. I thoroughly enjoy getting to know my patients and feel honored that I get to take care of them.”

Dr. Buttleman and his wife Suzy, have 5 children, two boys and three girls. Henrik, Naomi, Nora, Ruby, and Elliott. Dr. Buttleman and his family attend Bayview Wesleyan Church in Traverse City.

Life seems to be moving very fast! I enjoy family hang out time, anything outdoors, hunting, fishing, and basically any sport.
